English: This is a photo of mid-town Anchorage Alaska, taken from Flat-top Mountain during 0oF weather. Beyond the Chester Creek area, on the right hand side, (North), The large hangers on the left hand side, near Point Woronzof, mark the edge of the International Airport, with South Anchorage also being out of the picture. The large building near the lower center is Robert Service High School. Beyond Cook Inlet, in the background, is Mt. Susitna (also called 'The Sleeping Lady'). |
